NSF EPSCoR CAWT Funding Opportunity for the Jurisdiction – IRG2 Exploratory Funds Competition 2023-24 SUBMISSION DEADLINE: September 30, 2023

Dear Puerto Rico jurisdiction researchers,

The NSF RII Track-1 Center for the Advancement of Wearable Technologies (CAWT) is pleased to announce the following 2023-24 Jurisdictional Funding Opportunity: Interdisciplinary Research Group 2 (IRG2) – Power Sources for Wearable Technologies – Exploratory Funds Competition. 

The objective of the exploratory research grants initiative within CAWT is to provide a “seed” funding mechanism for the development of novel and innovative ideas in targeted research areas. This in turn is meant to provide the means to obtain preliminary results for the fast track development of collaborative proposals between members of the jurisdiction, including those of the CAWT IRG2. Please find attached the competition full description and budget form for this call.

The deadline for submission of proposals is September 30, 2023.
